My life is all about art.

I live and breathe art and design.

I tell people that I was born with a paintbrush in my hand. That's how much I love to draw, paint and create art!

I am a Trinidad born, New York based, artist, illustrator, award-winning graphic designer, author, poet, reference librarian and tea drinker.

As a Caribbean-born woman, I Incorporate the essence of who I am into all of my work, by using shapes from cultural elements such as the steel pan, ocean, hummingbirds, butterflies and the beautiful flora and fauna of my native island Trinidad & Tobago.

Art is my passion and I share that in my award-winning book:

My second book Creativity from Within is a workbook of inspirational poetry, quotations and tips that one can use as a platform for discovering and following their passion(s).
